THE STORY

BIZU started with boza,a fermented food that first emerged in ancient Mesopotamia and later spread across Central Asia and Europe, trusted by families for generations.

When our kids tasted it on vacation, they were instantly hooked. That was our sign. So we adapted boza for our U.S. friends and made BIZU - fermented, functional, and freaking good.
